We do this because many of our employees spend considerable time and effort to arrive at work on time and we have an obligation to them to be open. On rare occasions, in the case of a state of emergency, for example, the plant will be closed. Notifications of plant closings are post on the employee section of the website. Alternatively, you should contact your supervisor. Please see the Employee Manual for all company policies regarding inclement weather.
