Control Products’ mission is to be recognized by our customers as THE company that provides them the highest level of service. The service we provide includes the design, manufacture and on time delivery of our products. We intend to provide a level of service which is beyond our customer’s expectations when we deal with internal or external customers.
Our goal is 100% conformance to our customer’s requirements. We will apply the resources necessary to continually improve our processes, with zero defects as our ultimate objective.
