AD065 Hermetically Sealed Temperature Switch
The AD065 is part of CPI’s SnapStat line of bimetallic thermal switches have a bimetal snap disc that actuates a miniature microswitch. This double snap action makes these switches virtually immune to shock and vibration. For this reason they see widespread use on trains, planes, and military equipment.
The AD065 is unique in that it is hermetically sealed making them ideal for positioning in harsh environments where the operation of the switch will not be affected by water, oil spray, dirt or dust.
These switches are rated for aerospace and military applications. They are DO-160C and MIL-STD-180 environmentally compliant.
